By using BoWiTA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BoWiTA is a body weight, body measurement and progress tracking app for personal, non-commercial use. Some features require a Premium subscription.
The free plan includes up to 10 weight entries, 3 body measurements, 5 progress photos, and basic charts (7-day and 30-day).
Premium unlocks unlimited weight entries, unlimited body measurements, unlimited progress photos, advanced charts (90-day, 1-year, all-time), data export (CSV/PDF), and future features as they are released.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for backing up your data via iCloud or export. You must not use the app for unlawful purposes.
The application is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or health outcomes.
BoWiTA, its name, logo, design and functionality are the property of their owner and protected by applicable laws. They may not be copied or reused without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
