By using BWT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BWT is a body weight tracking app that helps you log weight, body measurements, and progress photos. Some features require a Premium subscription.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Free Features

• 10 weight entries
• 3 body measurements
• 5 progress photos
• Basic charts (7D, 30D)

3.2 Premium Features

• Unlimited weight entries
• Unlimited body measurements
• Unlimited progress photos
• Advanced charts (90D, 1Y, All)
• Data export
• Future features as they are released

3.3 Subscription Terms

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscriptions
• Refunds: Managed by Apple. See Apple's refund policy

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You are responsible for backing up your data (via iCloud or export)
• You must not use the app for any illegal purposes
• You must not share your account with others

5. Disclaimer

BWT is NOT a medical app. The app provides general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any weight loss program.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, weight loss results, or health issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
